Introduction
SwiftTag is built by a photographer for photographers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our service.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We are PCI compliant and never store your card details on our servers. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through or resides on SwiftTag infrastructure.
AI Disclosure
We use Google Gemini for visual analysis to generate titles, descriptions, and keywords for your images. Your images are sent to Google's API solely for this purpose. Your images are NOT used for model training. Google does not use your content to train or improve its models.
Retention Policy
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour. Please download your tagged images or batch ZIP before this window expires. Generated metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, export history) is stored permanently in Supabase so you can access your export history and re-download CSV exports from your account.
Cookie Policy
We use essential cookies for authentication (including Magic Links for passwordless sign-in) and session persistence. These cookies are required for the service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking.
Data Collection
We use Google Analytics to monitor site performance and improve the user experience. This helps us understand how visitors interact with SwiftTag so we can make it better. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
Image Data
Images are uploaded solely for AI analysis and metadata injection. We do not use your photos for any other purpose. See Retention Policy above for deletion timelines.
No Third-Party Sales
We do not sell or share your images or metadata with third parties. Your work stays yours.
